Menteeno Collaboration Agreement

This agreement establishes the relationship and obligations between Menteeno and you, as a Menteeno user (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"), for accessing mentorship and support services during the 6-month program. By signing this agreement, you formally accept all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Section 1: Services Provided by Menteeno

Menteeno will provide specialized mentorship and ongoing support services for 6 months, including:

1. Personalized Roadmap tailored to each participant, ensuring all activities and planning align with individual needs.
2. Dedicated Support through an assigned advisor available throughout the program to guide your progress.
3. Group Sessions with other participants for knowledge exchange and collaborative growth.
4. Private Sessions with expert mentors across various fields to elevate your skills.
5. Progress Reports detailing performance evaluations, strengths/weaknesses, and improvement suggestions.
6. Networking Opportunities with peers and industry professionals to expand your connections.
7. Practical Soft-Skill Exercises and team/personal challenges designed for skill development.

Menteeno commits to delivering a unique, personalized experience to support your professional advancement.

Section 2: User Obligations

Users must adhere to the following requirements:

1. Attend all mentorship sessions punctually. Unexcused absences may result in program termination.
2. Collaborate with Menteeno on content creation (texts, images, videos) when requested, for use on Menteeno’s platforms.
3. Actively complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. Neglect may lead to warnings or termination.
4. Dedicate minimum 2 hours weekly to program activities (sessions, exercises, feedback).
5. User data (assessments, feedback) will only be used for internal analysis and service improvement, never shared/sold to third parties.

Section 3: Termination Policy

Menteeno reserves the right to terminate the program if users violate this agreement (e.g., absenteeism, task neglect). No refunds will be issued for unused services.

Section 4: Certification and Discounts

Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Participation and exclusive discounts for future programs (eligible only for compliant users).

Section 5: Financial Terms

This program is entirely free. Users incur no financial obligations during the 6-month period.

Section 6: Confidentiality

Menteeno guarantees confidentiality of all user data, used solely for service improvement. No information will be publicly disclosed or sold.
